Through our market research, it became apparent that the big players in the recruitment market have lost focus. Their fear of other social networks has led them to introduce changes to their platforms that divert the user’s attention and, as a result, have decreased employment rates through their platforms to an unprecedented low.
This market philosophy is about to change – Baystats has been designed to reinstate the appropriate focus and to deliver on promises to both the candidates and the employers.

The Baystats project is still a work in progress; it is scheduled to go into beta testing by January 2018. However, the user testing already conducted by Eroe Digital Consulting and our trusted beta testers has reassured us that we are onto something promising that will, no doubt, shake the market.
