Baystats is a new job search site that aims to become the preeminent new recruitment channel in the United Kingdom. The company approached Eroe Consulting to develop a new platform that would efficiently connect potential job candidates with recruiting businesses.
Having tested existing recruitment portals and becoming frustrated with the experience, we identified various shortcomings in the present market and mapped out a new platform that would be defined by the following:

- Regulated online processes and procedures
With the client needs properly established, we embarked on a journey to redefine the recruitment space.

Through our market research, it became apparent that the big players in the recruitment market have lost focus. Their fear of other social networks has led them to introduce changes to their platforms that divert the user’s attention and, as a result, have decreased employment rates through their platforms to an unprecedented low.
This market philosophy is about to change – Baystats has been designed to reinstate the appropriate focus and to deliver on promises to both the candidates and the employers.
